Site Clearing & Preparation

02Civil Excavation & Site Development
CDC Excavation provides complete sitework support from the first cut through final grading. We coordinate earthwork, access, drainage, building-pad preparation, and material movement around the engineered plan so owners and contractors have one accountable excavation partner.
03Parking Lot Preparation
Long-lasting pavement starts with the ground beneath it. CDC Excavation prepares parking areas by removing unsuitable material, establishing drainage and subgrade, installing aggregate base when included, and fine grading the site for the paving contractor.
