Does CDC handle demolition permits?+
Permit responsibility is established during estimating because requirements vary by jurisdiction and project. No demolition begins until required approvals and utility disconnections are confirmed.
Do you remove asbestos or hazardous materials?+
Hazardous-material surveys, abatement, and disposal are not assumed. Any regulated material must be identified and handled by appropriately qualified parties before or as separately coordinated with demolition.
What happens to demolition debris?+
Recycling, disposal locations, hauling, and fees are defined in the proposal based on the known materials and project requirements.
Can you leave the site graded?+
Yes. Backfilling, compaction, and final rough grading can be included so the property is ready for its next use.
