CDC prepares the excavation, subgrade, aggregate base, drainage, and fine grade for paving. Asphalt or concrete placement should be confirmed separately with the paving scope.
Can you remove unsuitable soils?+
Yes. Unsuitable material can be excavated and replaced as directed by the plans, engineer, testing representative, or approved field direction.
Do you install storm drains for parking lots?+
Storm-drain pipe, structures, detention features, and related grading can be included when shown in the project scope.
